This is a strategic role that will own all aspects of QGenda’s customer education efforts, starting with defining an industry leading, modern customer education program and the path to realization. The Head of Customer Education will be required to think long-term on how to evolve customer education beyond initial inception ensuring continuous transformation into a competitive advantage against industry competitors.
Tactical nature of this role will include close leadership oversight and program management of the development of new education programs, establishment and management of key partnerships and management of staff. Additionally, the Head of Customer Education will be establishing a process to monitor results of all customer education efforts, with regular reporting and feedback analysis to determine effectiveness of the program and to identify areas for further development.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000, and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education and other relevant factors for a potential new employee. This job is eligible for bonus pay.
