Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate-level Integrated STEM or Arts and Humanities Education courses and share in the supervision of teacher candidates in clinical field experiences. The successful candidate will also support teaching and program development of educational programs at other domestic and international campuses within the Webster University network. Online teaching experience and global education experience are a plus. The successful candidate is expected to:
Webster University’s School of Education offers a range of degrees and certificates at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Within the department of teacher education, we offer undergraduate degrees leading to initial teacher certification as well as graduate degrees in special education, reading and education and innovation. Within the graduate department of education, we offer programs in education technology, educational leadership, and a doctoral program. Our programs are offered on ground at domestic and international campuses as well as through online and hybrid modalities.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Applicant must have an earned doctorate in education or closely related field. Specialization in areas such as: teaching methodologies, equity pedagogies, STEM Education, Arts and or Humanities Education are ideal. Applicants must also hold a valid teaching certificate and have high level technology skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience: Candidates must be able to communicate philosophical and applied concepts to a diverse student population. They must be committed to quality teaching, scholarship, and service within the context of a global university. Specific teaching expectations include but are not limited to educational foundations, curriculum design and/or STEM or Arts and Humanities methods.
