The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) contributes to company performance by providing day-to-day execution of the HR People Strategy for the Functional Group(s). Will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: talent acquisition; employee relations; policy interpretation and application, performance, and compensation management; and talent management. May carry out additional responsibilities to include employee development initiatives and training. May carry out additional responsibilities to include organizational design; employee development initiatives and training.
