About The Role
We are searching for a dynamic and visionary Vice President (VP) of Marketing to lead our strategic marketing initiatives. As a crucial member of our leadership team, you will utilize your expertise in B2B demand generation and product marketing to support our sales efforts and drive customer acquisition. With a focus on establishing our brand identity and category leadership, you will define clear market positioning and craft compelling content that communicates our unique value proposition. Leading a team of marketing professionals, you will thrive in our lean startup environment, combining hands-on execution with strategic guidance. Passionate, transparent, and fearless in the face of challenges, you will shape the future of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and tactical plans to exceed revenue goals.
Collaborate closely with Sales to drive B2B demand generation, creating a predictable and scalable pipeline for revenue growth.
Craft go-to-market plans and engaging materials for specific products and solutions, accelerating opportunities in current and emerging markets.
Support B2G sales enablement initiatives when required.
Analyze and share key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing impact, regularly reporting against forecasted results.
Create captivating brand assets and content that tell our story, positioning us as a trusted leader in the workforce development space.
Showcase our differentiation by understanding our customers, competitors, and market trends.
Lead and expand a talented team responsible for demand generation, product marketing, content creation, sales support, and brand communications.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Account Management leadership teams to align marketing priorities with overall business objectives.
Contribute actively to the leadership team, generating and developing ideas, providing constructive feedback, and shaping company-wide priorities while maintaining our vibrant culture.
Relevant Experiences
Over 10 years of leadership experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of quantifiable results.
Previous experience in selling data-related solutions or workplace transformation products is preferred.
Strong management background, consistently building, developing, and retaining high-performance teams.
Deep expertise in planning and managing demand generation programs across multiple channels, resulting in exponential revenue growth.
Solid understanding of the complexities and sales cycles associated with larger enterprise deals.
Demonstrated proficiency in product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and successful product rollouts for B2B products.
Analytical mindset, leveraging data, market analysis, and customer insights for decision-making and forecasting.
Successful track record of building brand credibility and awareness.
Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Prior experience in a B2B startup is a plus.

The compensation range for this position is location-specific, considering various factors such as experience, education, and skill sets. The estimated base salary range is $200,000 – $250,000. Please note that this range only reflects the base salary and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
