Job Description
As a Product Education Specialist, you will be part of the Product Education team in the customer success group and will develop training and education materials that are used by our customers and internal teams.
In this role, you will apply our products and services to valuable, easy-to-consume content for our customers’ empowerment and education. Additionally, you will integrate the content within Activate’s Education assets – Learning Management System, Customer Communication and Knowledge Center directly impacting and elevating Activate’s customer experience.
