An apparel company based in NYC seeks a Human Resources Manager. We deliver private label sweaters and sportswear from conception through completion. We are a fashion house that is highly experienced at developing products and manufacturing in a wide array of styles and size ranges and can meet the needs of consumers in all apparel categories including missy, junior, contemporary, plus, petite, maternity, children, and sleepwear.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. The candidate is passionate, empathetic, objective, tech-savvy and forward thinking and exhibits good judgement. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Position reports into our CBO/Partner, President, and EVP.
