This is a Hybrid mode right now, with the need to be on-site 2+ days a week. Dealmoon has implemented recommended health guidelines, including social distancing measures.
Job Title: Campaign specialist
Responsibilities:
1.Manage the community in Dealmoon Moments, improve key performance indicators such as new user/KOL acquisition, activity promotion, and major event-related data analysis
2.Manage and recruit influencers, both internally and externally, follow up and coordinate with influencers on related matters
3.Plan and execute exclusive events for influencers, promote influencer-generated content, and organize and optimize influencer content
4.Organize influencer product requirements and follow up on product iterations
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above is prederred, with a preference for majors in communications, advertising, news media, or related fields
2.Clear logical thinking with the ability to plan and execute activities independently
3.Creative and innovative with a passion for new trends, familiar with various popular social community apps like Redbook
4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, outgoing personality
5.Ability to handle community issues and disputes
6.Responsible, execution-oriented, and able to work closely with the team to achieve goals.
