The primary responsibility of the Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to provide effective and efficient support to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Moncler. Ensuring recruitment KPI’s are met and adhered to. May be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for both field Retail and Corporate, managing multiple open positions, including posting positions; sourcing prospective candidates; maintaining bench trackers per region; preparing offer letters as well as new-hire onboarding. The incumbent will also partner with internal stakeholders in driving employer branding and also in partnering with leadership on developing an internal and external talent pipeline.
