The Oasis at Death Valley operates two hotels, restaurants, gift shops, and the world’s lowest-elevation golf course. Our historic AAA Four Diamond Inn and Ranch offer guests a variety of accommodations. Both hotels have swimming pools that are open annually and are fed from naturally warm local springs.
JOB SUMMARY
Assist in supervising The Oasis at Death Valley F&B operations, which currently consists of the Inn Dining Room, Last Kind Words Saloon, 19th Hole Bar and Grill, 1849 Buffet and Banquet functions. Responsible for all front-of-house operations, as assigned including overseeing customer service, employee relations, and reservations. Ensures proper department standards and food handling procedures are followed.
