Our Industrial division has an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join their team! The Industrial division provides systems and components to the world’s leading manufacturers of on and off-highway commercial vehicles.The Industrial component portfolio includes: Electronic and mechanical shift systems, Electronic Throttle Assemblies, Power Electronic components, Joysticks and Sensors.
As the Sales Account Manager, you will work to increase sales with new accounts and within the current CW customer base, and also work to develop new customers and product opportunities consistent with CW’s capabilities and profit objectives.
Location: Arlington Heights, IL or Portland, OR.
Identify and cultivate new customers and market opportunities.
Manage existing sales accounts to meet or exceed annual financial plan objectives.
Identify all sales opportunities with existing and new customers by developing an in-depth understanding of customer organizations, as well as their technical and commercial needs.
Prepares and delivers customer presentations for the Industrial Group.
Identifies key decision-makers within the customer organizations.
Perform all sales related functions with purchasing, engineering, quality and finance for all customer locations
Actively assists in program management and new launch activities
Prepares product pricing and presents formal quotations to customers, follows up through PO acceptance.
Prepares internal and external correspondence and documentation as required.
Reports on competitive activities and market information.
Participates in Trade Shows, Sales Meetings, and other activities as required to promote CW products.
Communicates customer activities to management through both verbal and written reports.
Provide input to support the annual sales planning process
Utilizes Salesforce as the Division CRM tool.

Your Expertise:
Ability to travel approximately 30 – 40% of the time.
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering field highly desired.
Minimum 3-5 years industry experience in vehicle component & system sales, engineered product sales or equivalent.
Must demonstrate excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
Must be proficient with standard business systems and software.
