Hiring in all departments at Lake Creek Lodge!
We have a summer camp culture at Lake Creek Lodge. Our team has come together from all walks of life and all areas of the nation. We play together, laugh together, and work hard side-by-side. We hike, bike, make beds, and mow lawns. We strategize, theorize, plan, and organize and then finish the day with a smile when we realize how lucky we are to do what we do. Our jobs are varied, vast and sometimes super weird, and the combination means that we all work our tails off to make our home-away-from-home the very best it can possibly be.
Lake Creek Lodge is nestled into 42-acres of the Deschutes National Forest, with the South Fork of Lake Creek meandering through it. Located just outside of the charming community of Camp Sherman, we are 15 minutes from the city of Sisters and 40 minutes to Bend. Close enough to take in the hub-bub of all Central Oregon has to offer, and far enough away so that we still have dark skies, quiet trails, fewer people, and an endless amount of recreational opportunities.
Our lodge is host to 14 historic and 8 luxury homeowner cabins, a restaurant and bar, swimming pool, fly-fishing pond, and sport courts. Our team bakes pizza, cleans cabins, takes care of guests, produces events, mows lawns, fixes stuff, builds things, makes coffee, pours beer, manages reservations and acts as concierge for our guests and homeowners.
We come from all over the US, we range in ages from 25-75, some of us have kids, and some of us have dogs. Well, almost all of us have dogs. We work hard, we’re nice, and most of us have a pretty great sense of humor. We love working at Lake Creek Lodge because we like each other, we like being in the woods, we like our jobs and we like the guests that we attract. We care a whole helluva lot about our campus and our guests and we are looking for the right fit to add to our team.
