✅*WHAT YOU WILL DO: *
* You will work with prospects and clients by providing a consultative approach to understand their unique staffing and workforce needs and strategies
* Identify prospects in and around Houston, TX that fit our model
* Talk with existing and prospective clients to learn more about their business, culture and recruiting efforts.
* Execute successful sales strategy
* Close new business and achieve profitable sales growth objectives
* Partner with the recruiting fulfillment team throughout the life cycle of the client partnership
* Identify and understand customers unique talent acquisition needs
* Qualify and set strategies that align with our fulfillment solutions
* Collaborate across all team members to provide valuable contributions and insights
* Use (url removed) to capture and manage information regarding the sales process and customers
✅*Qualifications: *
* Demonstrated successful track record in staffing sales
* Successful experience in meeting goals in a high-volume sales environment
* Ability to thrive in a performance-driven business setting and consistently meet goals
* Current knowledge of staffing industry and companies that use high volume staffing.
* Superior Communications skills in writing and orally as well as strong organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team
