Job Profile Summary
The PIM Product Analyst will be pivotal in enhancing the customer experience of our company’s eCommerce customer portal by managing product content for E-commerce and overseeing product data throughout its complete lifecycle. Reporting to the Enterprise PIM Manager, you will be guided by a system of processes and standards to ensure success.
Item Onboarding (10%)
o Approving newly created products for release in channels
o Review product data needs and implement new attributes, data models, and processes to address those needs
Enrichment (40%)
o Enhance product data and data models, including collecting additional product data as needed (i.e., contacting vendors, performing web searches, etc.)
o Review and approve enriched data submitted to PIM directly from the vendor
Cleanup (30%)
o Identify product data issues and proactively make necessary data revisions
o Create and perform data cleansing activities, including identifying and resolving product data and processing issues
o Perform data integrity audits as needed
Maintenance (20%)
o Ensure the accuracy of all product content within the PIM, including key data fields, attributes, product descriptions, images, and documents needed to support online sales
o Monitor and maintain the completeness of product data through the lifecycle
o Review product data needs and implement new attributes, data models, and processes to address those needs
You will be an excellent fit for the PIM Product Analyst role if you possess the following qualities:
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people, both internal and external to SRS Distribution
* Sense of urgency to complete tasks required promptly with attention to detail
* Highly organized with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, all while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
* Proficiency in managing data with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (using advanced functions, such as filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
* Proficient in other common business software like Word and PowerPoint
* Knowledgeable of the business processes and products
* Working experience leveraging product data to support an eCommerce platform also a plus
* Experience in the pool or distribution industry a plus
