*POSITION SUMMARY: *
The Employee Experience Director will provide guidance, direction, and support for developing an engaging and high performing workforce. This role will help identify talent gaps, hiring needs and develop strategies to address the needs. The Employee Experience Director will help build and sustain a work environment that fosters trust, passion and lives up to the Company’s values. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations & HR related activities including the company sponsored benefits programs. The Employee Experience Director, will be a true HR Business Partner and part of the Leadership Team.

*Key Result Areas & Responsibilities: *
* Manage day-to-day HR operations & activities
* Responsible for fostering and sustaining an engaging, inclusive and high performing culture
* Execute all HR initiatives & policies including but not limited to: performance management, learning & development, training, Employee Handbook, talent acquisition, HRIS, etc.
* Develop SOPs for all HR tasks and processes
* Manage talent acquisition & recruitment process for all positions including: job postings, building behavioral-based interview guides, scheduling & conducting interviews, processing background checks and drafting offer letters
* Design, implement and execute new-hire onboarding material & new-hire orientation that build engaged employees and managers
* Provide recommendations for professional development of talent & ensure continuous development & training for employees and leaders
* Counsel on & administer all employee relations including all coaching and disciplinary action up to and including terminations
* Govern and update employee files & paperwork
* Partner with HR Consultant to develop HR strategic plan to support business growth & talent needs
* Oversee and administer benefit & 401k programs including facilitation of open enrollment
* Responsible for all internal employee communication
* Support and recommend improvements to current employee recognition & loyalty programs
* Analyze & present all monthly human resources reports including, but not limited to; employee turnover, sickness, headcounts, etc.
* Responsible for all exit interviews
* Approve and oversee company payroll
* Manage company job descriptions & modify as business dictates
* Oversee employment law compliance, including development and facilitation of compliance training
* Oversee workers’ compensation program, instructing employees how to report an injury, investigate all accidents/injuries as well as serve as liaison with broker and insurance provider
* Participate in the development of safety and health policies, practices and procedures ensuring OSHA compliance
*Experience & Qualifications: *
* Minimum 3-5 years HR generalist experience
* Degree in Human Resources Management or applicable business field preferred
* SHRM certification preferred
* Experience supporting multi-site locations preferably in the food & beverage, production, manufacturing or hospitality industries
* Knowledge of and demonstrated use of various HRIS and/or & ATS
* Strong ability to develop relationships and partner with employees at all levels
