job purpose: This position is responsible for all personnel and equipment within the Processing Department during the scheduled shift. The primary activities include but are not limited to: administration of time and attendance for employees, equipment troubleshooting, operational program execution and development, achieving and tracking production goals, facility safety and quality awareness, and material and inventory tracking and monitoring. You are a key leader on the site for creating a modern culture on your shift.
