*The Recruiting Human Resource Generalist *works directly to the Owner/GM who founded the company in 2007 to provide a nontoxic alternative to traditional cleaning companies. You will be responsible for all HR Functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, workers compensation, benefits, and legal compliance. You will also be responsible for weekly payroll and office administration.

*Pay*: $60 – $80K depending on experience
*Schedule: *40 hours a week. Monday – Friday. This is an in-person, in-office role.
*What you will be doing as the Recruiting Human Resource Generalist: *
· Manages the front-line talent acquisition process, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
· Determine staffing needs in coordination with Owner/GM and hit recruitment targets.
· Conduct employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition experience.
· Provide guidance to Field Operations Manager in front-line staff performance management.
· Advise on disciplinary actions and lead termination process with some supervision from Owner/GM.
· Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner consistent with company core values, getting along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers, and management.
· Manage the administration of workers’ compensation and benefits.
· Assist with policy selection and review of company benefit offerings.
· Prepare, documentation, and distribute employee payroll through payroll system.
· Prepare and distribute client billing communications. Ensure vendor bills are paid in a timely manner.
· Other duties as assigned to support out small team – we work together to get the job done!
*What you will need to bring with you to do the job: *
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
· 3–5 years of volume recruiting experience preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in human resources with strong compliance, legal and performance management background.
· Experience with payroll preferred.
· Must have exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and flexibly to self-manage the workload with minimal supervision.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Google suite and QuickBooks. Interest and ability in learning new software products.
