*Essential duties and responsibilities*
Aligned to specific Business Units, you will manage requisitions and serve as the main point of contact for Hiring Managers, candidates, and various HR colleagues.
• You will lead recruitment strategy calls with the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist and Hiring Manager to understand the role requirements and keys to success in the role, proactively investigating new ideas for innovative sourcing and screening strategies.
• You will leverage your understanding of the competitive landscape and how it influences available talent and recommend investment in media postings where necessary.
• Using strategic TA insights & customer service skills along with a keen ability to develop and cultivate partnerships, you will partner with sourcing and coordination resources to ensure timely execution of Talent Acquisition activities resulting in high quality talent delivered within defined metrics/goals.
• Leveraging your own knowledge of industries and roles with transferrable skill sets as well as information we will provide, you will help Managers to target diverse candidate pools that can both do the job as it is described, but also meet and exceed performance expectations.
• You will pre-qualify and short list top talent using a performance based qualifying lens and conduct pre-screenings to develop talent write ups for presentation to Hiring Manager.
• You will leverage your prior recruiting experience to identify strategies and influence Hiring Managers to strike an appropriate balance between quality and speed.
• As an agile team player, you will contribute to additional TA projects as time and capacity permits.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience with solid experience with enterprise-wide applicant tracking system (example – Taleo), CRM system (example – Avature), crafting offers within prescribed compensation parameters, MS Office applications and HR compliance as it relates to recruitment practices
• BS degree required (4 years of additional relevant experience may be a substitute)
• Experience reviewing applicant ques and ATS data mining
• Ability to think logically and work independently with minimal direction
• Detail oriented – strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Must be persistent and aggressive in following up to obtain information from various sources
• Prior experience with the processes for background and medical/drug screenings
• Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Salary: Up to $40.00 per hour
