Responsibilities
Responsible for work across all HMHAH divisions, providing PeopleSoft support and systems administration. Responsibilities include: providing support on PeopleSoft functionality; assisting individual administrative managers and accounting personnel to use the system effectively and efficiently; remaining available as a payroll ‘expert’ to help create cross company reports; working on data integrity issues that include such things as ensuring formulas, pay and deduction codes are consistent; creating documentation of cross-company procedures/policies/processes as appropriate; assisting as an intermediary for Corporate Payroll and HR issues, as needed. Responsible for continuing to provide hands-on payroll analyst and payroll administrator support to the administrative managers, including ensuring the accurate processing of all payrolls, the day-to-day processing and related reporting. Responsible for supervising all aspects of HMH home care locations including maintenance of medical records, employee records, medical supplies and accounts payable.
