Requirements: This position requires careful attention to detail, reliable accuracy, and the ability to work in an organized and methodical manner. The ideal candidate would be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat, and encompass the ability to implement critical thinking where necessary. In addition, this position requires close collaborative efforts with our Management team to ensure accuracy with budgets, Reserve Studies, and Funding Updates.
This is a full time, 40 hours per week position. Occasional overtime may be required. In addition, it is required that the candidate must successfully pass a background investigation.
Starting wage: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
