About the role and what you’ll be doing:
The Senior Executive Assistant is a pivotal role providing high-level administrative support to the President and other senior executives within the Global Client Engagement function, ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, proactive, adept at managing complex schedules, prioritizing tasks, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role will be required to be in-office at Ensono’s Downers Grove, IL headquarters, 3+ days per week, as needed by the executive leaders.
