What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership to formulate and refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Employ strategic thinking to define the ideal target customer, analyze existing and future customer performance, assess industry dynamics, and determine the most lucrative customers.
- Devise a comprehensive strategy for identifying ideal customers, understanding the customer persona, and optimizing the approach to reach and engage these customers effectively.
- As a crucial communicator with prospective customers, collaborate cross-functionally to elevate our growth trajectory and establish an effective feedback loop.
- Uncover, nurture, and scale key channels. Develop and implement partner strategies to bolster new business initiatives.
What you Need
- 3+ years of experience in sales or partnership roles
- Experience in negotiations and finalizing contracts
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and maintain an efficient workflow in a fast paced environment
- Highly creative with a sharp eye for detail
- Proven track record of working and influencing cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Ability to troubleshoot and be solution-oriented
- Ability to manage through ambiguity to actionable recommendations/solutions
