Under general supervision provides a variety of administrative and staff support services.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Administrative duties for member services department.
– Distribution of Faxes.
– Perform administrative tasks such as: distributing incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, photocopying, updating various spreadsheets, compiling records, and distributing documents, internet research and information retrieval.
– Uses advanced desktop application skills to develop correspondence, reports, and agendas. – Prepare correspondence, documents, and presentations under the direction of responsible party.
– Maintain confidential work relationships in order to provide administrative support required in the performance of assigned duties; handles confidential information with discretion.
– Work with clinical operations to provide support for inpatient authorizations and Inpatient log upkeep, report reassessments and rating category monthly to primary care sites. Secondary Qualifications
– Other functions may include data entry, administrative support to operational, clinical and other staff within the organization.
– Administers programs, projects and/or processes.
– May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to operations.
– Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
– Other duties as assigned by manager
What We’re Looking For:
– 3-5 years.
– Solid word processing skills.
– Strong oral and written communication skills.
– Demonstrated ability, to draft, revise, and proofread correspondence.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
– Must be able to multi-task.
– Demonstrated knowledge of office systems, technology and relevant software applications (MS Office Suite).
– Outstanding customer service orientation in all interactions; understands the importance of teamwork and displays commitment to effective teamwork.
– Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, with discretion, at all levels within the organization and external clients, members and other guests.
– Demonstrated professionalism and polish in work habits and interactions.
– High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
– Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
