Summary
The Michigan Data Collaborative (MDC) Staff Specialist Business Systems Analyst (BSA) has independent responsibility to gather requirements, act as a subject matter expert (SME), communicate with end-users, and partner to deliver on projects in support of departmental strategic objectives. This role also provides general end-user support.
Key stakeholders and customers of this work include the Collaborative Quality Initiative (CQI) leadership members and external physician organizations (POs) who leverage the visualizations and reports. The business systems analyst leads conversations and conducts assessments to identify emerging business issues in partnership with the business owners.
Under the general direction of the Manager for the Project Management team in the Michigan Data Collaborative, in the Enterprise Data and Information Services (EDIS) division of Health Information Technology & Services (HITS) department, performs duties designed to maximize the delivery of business deliverables.
Supervision Received:
This position will report to the Manager of the Project Management & Client Services team in the Michigan Data Collaborative as part of the Enterprise Data and Information Services (EDIS) Division of Health Information Technology & Services (HITS).
