You will be the custodian of the advocacy phase of our customer journey, reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy. You will be highly engaged in driving customer engagement, improving retention, and loyalty among our userbase and helping the organization advocate for customers.
This role combines execution and strategy. You will be a key influencer in how we drive our customer efforts forward.
You will work cross-functionally with Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to tell our customer stories and generate new sources of growth (and referrals).

You are a self-starter who can figure out how to get things done, work asynchronously across team lines effectively, but also drive results on your own.
People can describe you as a thoughtful, tenacious, and pragmatic marketer.
Internally, you’re comfortable speaking the language of business, not just marketing. Externally, you’re jargon-free and clear in how you communicate to customers.
You’re KPI-driven and excited to dive into what makes PandaDoc a great solution for our customers. This is an incredibly important role at PandaDoc since we take tremendous pride in taking care of our customers and establishing strong word-of-mouth.
