Forbes Books has an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Marketing Strategy to join our leadership team. The VP of Marketing Strategy will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and will lead our prospect and customer-facing authority strategy program.
The VP will creatively apply our ‘Authority Advantage’ framework to create impactful authority plans for prospects and customers. Ideal candidates will excel in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments and bring a successful track record in creating from-scratch thought leadership programs that leverage best-in-class authority principles and our offerings. The VP must bring deep brand and media strategy experience to every customer encounter. Working with our sales teams and the prospect/customer, the VP will uncover current state and desired outcomes and be responsible for building a comprehensive media and marketing strategy, then recommend strategy updates through all phases of the authority lifecycle. A natural collaborator and strategist, the VP will keep customers proactively engaged and serve as a source of constant inspiration and advice internally and externally.
