We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our thriving manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and partner to our management team, providing guidance on all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation, and more. If you are a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving HR solutions and strategies, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
1. Act as a strategic partner to the management team, providing guidance and advice on all HR related matters.
2. Manage and oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. Develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure the growth and development of our employees.
4. Handle employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring all matters are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
5. Oversee performance management initiatives, providing guidance and support to managers in the performance review process.
6. Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
7. Ensure compliance with all HR related laws and regulations, including FMLA, SHRM, and ADP.
8. Manage payroll processes, including garnishments, and oversee the use of HRIS systems.
9. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the overall business strategy.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Compensation.
4. Proficient in HRIS systems and payroll processes, including garnishments.
5. Knowledge of HR related laws and regulations, including FMLA, SHRM, and ADP.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
8. Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and influence change.
9. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
