Role purpose
Aesop is seeking a Head of Digital Media and Social to lead our media and social strategies across all channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing paid media and social campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, campaign launches and sales.
Reporting directly to the CMO and leading a team of six, the Head of Digital Media and Social role is a key member of the global marketing leadership team and works closely with the Creative, CRM and Product Leads to deliver the global ambition for Aesop. Responsible for the creation and development of the Digital Media and Social strategy globally, the role works with regional marketing teams to enable Aesop to secure and manage local market audiences whilst delivering outstanding campaigns on a global level.
The role will be tasked with meeting trading objectives, whilst continuously developing and driving tailored initiatives through our digital and social channels to increase customer engagement, enhance brand propositioning and drive ROI.
