REPORTS TO: Warehouse Compliance Manager
Position Summary
Reporting to the Roastery Compliance Manager, the Production Associate will support Equator’s operations by fulfilling orders in an accurate and timely manner. A successful candidate has a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, proactive, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoys physical work.

Compensation
(for full-time employees working over 30 hours per week after 60 days of employment)
