We are seeking a bright, forward-thinking, motivated, resourceful, and proactive individual with an established and proven history supporting Senior/Executive level management, to join Zillow Group as Senior Administrative Assistant supporting VP Operations Mortgages, VP Secondary Marketing, VP Mortgage Sales and Senior Director Mortgage Strategy & Ops.
About The Role
This role requires high levels of discretion, integrity, good judgment, and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders/executives inside and outside of the company in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, drive improvements, complete tasks and projects quickly sometimes with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and proactively solve difficult or complex problems. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
Responsibilities Include:
This role has been categorized as an Office position. “Office” employees regularly work at an existing ZG corporate office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month. Employees must live within reasonable commuting distance of their designated ZG office. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance, and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications re: time commitment and cost of daily commute.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $84,700.00 – $135,300.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

An established Senior level Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 4+ years of experience supporting multiple Senior/Executive level leaders. A highly motivated self-starter with high levels of discretion and good judgment, high performance standards, strong attention to detail, and initiative to take action, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
