Job Description The Wellness Director will provide premiere membership experience, value, service and retention programs by planning, budgeting, promoting, and implementing all wellness programs and initiatives. The director is accountable for the operational oversight and management of all wellness related programming including but not limited to group fitness, personal training, active older adult programs, chronic disease programs, equipment orientations, youth, teen, and family health & well- being activities.
