Job Description The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is looking for an experienced and passionate Director of Healthcare Integration to join our team! This position is for a self-directed, innovative, and creative person. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality programs, combined with the ability to manage the administrative components of the job. Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to ensure that members have a high-quality experience at the Y. This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Director of Healthcare Integration r epresents and leads the YMCA in initiatives and policies impacting health integration in the community. The Director of Healthcare Integration will supervise the daily operations related to the YMCA’s portfolio of evidence-based programs such as LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, Cardio Health Program, YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program, Healthy Weight and Your Child, Parkinson’s Exercise Program, Moving For Better Balance, Y-Performance Weight Loss, Joint Health Program, etc. The director will provide support and guidance to all staff and volunteers to ensure that the programs achieve quality performance outcomes. The director will deliver professional customer service and relationship-building skills to create a welcoming environment at the YMCA. The director will represent the YMCA’s position and mission at all times. Provides oversight and successful benchmarks and success factors for grants including providing appropriate budgeting and reporting of activities and results. Provides supervisory oversight, as needed, for program interns and grant-funded positions while exhibiting the principles of the YMCA. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
