MRM is looking for an Art Director interested in creating cutting-edge, forward thinking digital work and marketing solutions for major brands using your creative talents and problem solving skills. Ideally, you’re a kick-ass creative with great ideas and a love for problem solving that has a hunger to always continue learning.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work with Copywriters and Designers on projects from the initial briefing through completion, and collaborate with other departments along the way. You’ll interface with account teams and producers and make presentations to clients.
• You’ll be responsible for ideating and creating strong and effective ideas for a range digital marketing materials including responsive design websites, landing pages, online video, emails and specialty campaigns.
• You will stay current on all existing, new, and emerging technologies that relate to digital marketing, mobile technologies and social media, as well as cultural trends.
• You will show an ability to not only lead a project but work as part of a team in large or small groups in a collaborate fashion.
• You will be proactive in bringing ideas to the table that are above and beyond the current asks.
• You will understand digital limitations, industry best practices and technology requirements as it pertains to projects in order to make appropriate recommendations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience (digital agency experience required).
• Portfolio of your work.
• Strong strategic thinker with the ability to ideate and deliver large and small ideas that fit within a client’s strategy and brand.
• Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely, helpful feedback to keep work on track to meet deadlines.
• Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, both internal and client-facing.
