Job Highlight:
As a member of the WRI United States Operations Team, you will help increase WRIs impact in the United States by supporting an efficient operational infrastructure. In collaboration with a team of project managers and research staff, you will manage project budgets, process transactions and subawards, and ensure financial compliance. You will use your expertise on WRIs policies and funder obligations to advise project teams. With the Operations Manager, you will use project budgets to develop resource plans for WRIs activities in the United States. As a Grants & Finance Specialist, you will have the opportunity to advance your career in non-profit operations and financial management. This position can be fully remote with an option for some travel to the WRI US-DC office or to be based in the WRI US-DC office.

What you will need:
Education: You have a completed bachelors degree or hold an equivalent four year university degree.
Experience: You have a minimum of 3+ years of full-time work experience relevant to the job description.
