Women’s Health is looking for an Appointment Scheduler for one of our fast paced practices. This role will be responsible for receiving incoming telephone calls in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner as well as greeting visitors/patients in the same regard.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally answer telephone calls, route calls appropriately, or redirect as needed.
• Greet patients and visitors while providing assistance in a pleasant and friendly manner. Direct to the appropriate greeting areas. Screen visitors for solicitation.
• Schedule patient appointments accurately accordingly guidelines as well as policy and procedures. Maintain follow up and wait lists as appropriate.
• Completes assigned tasks in a timely and thorough manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• Experience in customer service or reception, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of screening protocols
