Let’s get this party started. We have a chef opening at Winterlake Lodge for our summer season 2022! Join Chefs Kirsten and Mandy Dixon for a summer of adventure in Alaska. In our award-winning fine-dining kitchen, we prepare our foods from scratch, use local Alaska products as possible, grow seasonal gardens, and serve innovative and exciting cuisine to both our guests and to our staff.
Chefs in our kitchens are professionals who work closely together as a team to create seasonal menus that are reflective of some of the most innovative cuisine being served in Alaska.
You will work with a team of three other highly motivated and creative team members in our kitchen, cooking for approximately 15 guests per day.

We are not an ego-driven workplace.
Our position may require a little recreational culinary teaching (i.e. sociable interaction) with our guests and working in our lodge kitchen preparing cuisine for our guests and staff. We work approximately 10-12 hours per day… Our cuisine emphasizes global inspiration utilizing local products. Positions run from early May until the end of September but there is a possibility to join us year-round.
