Window Nation, one of the fastest-growing window replacement companies in the U.S., is seeking a powerhouse Director of Digital Marketing . This marketing leader will be a key player in achieving Window Nation’s aggressive growth aspirations. The Director of Digital Marketing will own every digital touch point throughout the customer journey. This digital marketing leader will oversee an eight-figure annual digital marketing budget to drive consumer leads across 25+ US markets. This marketing leadership position will report directly to Window Nation’s SVP of Marketing.
The Director of Digital Marketing will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of paid and non-paid digital marketing and lead nurture programs. The website, paid landing pages, and emails will also be part of the digital marketing director’s purview. This visionary will make an indelible impact on Window Nation’s digital marketing future by up-leveling its digital marketing tech stack and processes. The digital marketing leader will manage internal and external digital marketing teams to carry out and execute their strategy.
Core Role Responsibilities
Owns strategy, performance, and goals (leads, spend, CPL, ROAS) across all digital channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, etc.
Oversee CRO and lead nurture programs
Analyze performance data and direct digital investment and efforts across current and new digital marketing channels
Track and communicate digital marketing performance against plan to Window Nation stakeholders
Build short and long-term digital marketing roadmaps and budgets
Drive digital marketing tech stack vision and lead implementation of new digital marketing tech stack components
Significantly grow Window Nation’s digital marketing expertise through continuous, pragmatic testing and commemoration
Own digital marketing agency partnerships
Attract, hire, and develop a best-in-class digital marketing team
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus
7+ years of digital marketing experience with increasing responsibilities
Owned digital marketing KPIs (e.g., leads, revenue, spend, etc.) in a B2C business
Preferred Qualifications
Broad experience across paid search, paid social, CTV, organic media, and website management (incl CRO), email marketing, and marketing automation.
Experience managing and planning multi-million dollar digital marketing budget
3+ years experience recruiting and developing top digital marketing talent
Experience effectively managing multiple 3rd party vendors including vendor selection and onboarding
Experience with multi-touch attribution, analytics, measurement, and testing.
Has assessed and implemented major components of digital marketing stack
Track record of exceeding digital marketing goals
Seamlessly prioritizes multiple competing short and long-term deliverables
Strong general business acumen and connects company goals to team goals
Autonomous and resourceful in identifying and solving issues
Bias for action and iteration; constantly thinking about “what’s next”
Data-driven marketer
Can effortlessly transition between thinking strategically to getting hands-on and “in the weeds”
Effectively communicates (oral and written) to technical and non-technical audiences (e.g., executive team, investors)
Ability to Influence cross-functional executive partners to prioritize digital marketing initiatives on cross-functional roadmaps.
