Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop the Wieland Microcool Sales & Marketing strategy in close cooperation with the Product Development and Manufacturing team to
  • Achieving targeted sales and profitability levels in existing markets,
  • Successfully penetrating and meeting sales growth and profit goals in targeted new markets
• Ensure that the Sales & Marketing strategy gets translated into concrete action plans by the Product Development, Prototyping and Manufacturing teams
• Monitor and measure progress against Sales & Marketing plans, direct and implement changes as needed
• Identify and understand customers’ needs, preferences, and business models in existing and new markets to provide feedback and guidance into new product development, service offers, or business models that add strategic and financial value
• Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages, create marketing content and provide assistance on press releases, white papers, and presentations
• Develop pricing strategy and act as Wieland Microcool’s chief salesperson
• Foster lasting customer relationships
• Monitor activities of major competitors, and develop needed responses
• Produce management, business activity and other relevant Sales & Marketing reports
• Create and enhance Wieland Microcool’s market reputation and brand awareness

Responsibilities:

• 5 or more years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager for industrial goods in domestic and international markets
• Master or BA degree in Business Administration
• Possess excellent communication ability
• Flexibility to travel abroad as and when required
• Negotiation and demonstration skills and an impressive nature to attract clients
• Excellent project management skills and a good understanding of / the willingness to acquire relevant product technology, manufacturing, testing, and quality know how is required.
• Establish collaborative relationships built on trust and commitment at multiple levels within the organization and with business partners
