Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Human Resources Business Partner (Lead HRBP) as part of the Enterprise Human Resources Consulting team to support our partners in Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations. This highly collaborative position will provide strategic Human Resources consulting to Senior Leaders, resulting in comprehensive human capital strategies and metrics for the business. The position will have a measurable impact on the success of the Operations teams within the Wealth and Investment Management line of business through human capital initiatives, programs, and consultation.
