Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant (Talent Insights & Intelligence Lead Consultant) that will partner with the Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery Leaders to drive the strategy and support of critical priorities fundamental to the Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, and Wealth & Investment Management talent acquisition strategy.
In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to recruiting teams and leaders to drive processes and improvement initiatives
Provide in-depth data analysis to create and deliver executive, management and operational reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
Partner closely with stakeholders at various level of the organization and across functional groups to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage critical projects across enterprise talent acquisition teams, business aligned talent acquisition team and across Human Resources.
Ensure all risk controls and processes are in place
Handle special projects, influence, and impact groups inside and outside the immediate team
Prepare materials to support meetings, as well as materials and knowledge sharing to enhance awareness
Lead work efforts to ensure maximum team effectiveness using both competitive, external benchmarking and internal success metrics while managing within the risk & compliance framework.
Required Qualifications, US:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualification:
3+ years full cycle recruiting experience
Experience in one or a combination of the following HR Disciplines: change management and organizational development
Advanced data management experience to include: analyzing data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing conclusions and reporting
Enterprise program management: needs assessment, developing strategy, building business case, data/metrics, influence, execution
Experience partnering and influencing Business Leaders, Recruiting Leader, and HR partners
Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Powerpoint,Teams)
Experience developing executive presentations using data visualizations to translate data and metrics to concise storytelling
ATS system experience, Workday highly preferred
Job Expectations:
Hybrid work schedule with a minimum 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Pay Range:
New York City- Pay Range: $ 115,900- 206,100 annual base salary
