The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Talent Acquisition (gathering job requirements from managers, putting together descriptions, pre-screening candidates, setting up interview schedules & onboarding)
– Benefits Admin (making sure forms are complete and accurate and interacting with the company who manages their benefits. Being POC for employees)
– Conducting exit interviews and doing quarterly and yearly reviews with employees (doesn’t want someone who just asks simple questions, wants someone who gets detailed feedback from the team and can provide a report on those findings to better help them moving forward.
