Walmart’s Global Security, Aviation, and Investigations organization is looking for a Sr. Manager II, Health and Wellness Data Analytics to serve as a leader within the IROCC (Investigative Risk and Operational Compliance Center), the analytics center of excellence for Global Governance. This position will lead a team of data analysts who solve complex problems and risks within our pharmacy and healthcare business functions supporting the needs of investigation, legal, and compliance teams.
You’ll make an impact by:
• Lead and oversee a team of data analysts who partner with internal and external stakeholders to
identify, collect, process, visualize, and model data in response to investigative objectives.
• Drive a high-performance culture through effective operational management, real-time feedback to
team members, and management of program metrics; Identify and remove roadblocks so team.
members can execute workflows in a timely manner.
• Leverage programing languages and tools used to manipulate, analyze, visualize, and draw insights
from big data sets (e.g. SQL, Python, R, MS PowerBI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Dataiku, BigQuery,
Looker, etc.)
• Develop dynamic dashboards and reports in response to the needs and priorities of designated
Health & Wellness stakeholder(s)
• Build relationships with the appropriate Investigation, Compliance, Legal, and Business partners to
identify trends, spot emerging risks, and plan for long-term growth of the IROCC analytics program.

• Experience with drug diversion investigations, healthcare compliance, or pharmacy operations
• Experience with languages used to manipulate, analyze, visualize, and draw insights high-volume
data sets (e.g. SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Dataiku, BigQuery, Looker etc.)
• Experience transforming innovative ideas into practical analytics solutions
• Certifications in healthcare, analytics, fraud examination, forensics, data privacy, information
security, machine learning, or data governance discipline

Option 2: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 6 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
