I. Purpose of Position
Provide exposure and real-world experience to a student pursuing a degree and career in Accounting and/or Finance.

III. Key Responsibilities
· Accounts Receivable
o Drive collections through execution of standard work via phone and email while maintaining good communication with internal stakeholders to overcome obstacles
o Identify root-cause issues and collaborate on solutions
· Accounts Payable
o Process invoices received via mail or e-mail
o Process cash disbursements (payments) on a regular basis to meet terms
o Save AP documents in digital format and filing system
· General Ledger
o Prepare and upload journal entries
o Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts
· Finance
o Analyze large data sets to observe trends
o Create predictive models based on trend analysis
o Assist business partners with bowler preparation to aid in decision making
IV. Relationships
This position reports to the Sr. Accounting Manager & the FP&A Manager. Position interfaces with sales, operations, and customer service. It is expected that there will be a high degree of team participation.

· Proficient keyboarding / typing skills, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
· Must have strong organization skills and meet deadlines
· Must have strong written and oral communication skills
· Experience with AS400/PRMS platform a plus
