Volt Workforce Solutions Looking for Talent Acquisition Recruiter & Special Projects at Fountain Valley, California Full Time
Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for immediate hire. This role will primarily focus on recruiting for internal corporate positions but assisting with special HR & Talent Acquisitions Projects.
Description:
Partner with hiring managers and build overall recruiting strategy.
Responsible for full life cycle of the recruiting process. Recruiting for professional / corporate level positions – Analysts, Sales, Marketing, Administrative, Accounting, Finance, Operations, etc.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing prescreen phone interviews to assess applicant’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiations, while ensuring candidates have a good candidate experience.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Assist with all administrative tasks associated with the hiring/recruiting process including the maintenance of Company’s internal/external recruiting systems.
Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Project management/support of special HR projects

Job Requirements:
1-2 years of full cycle recruiting of professional level, corporate level openings.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Working knowledge applicant tracking systems.
Attention to detail
Team player
Excellent interpersonal skills
Pay Rate: $35-37/hr
Length: 12 months temp, possibly longer. It also offers a foot in the door of a top organization known to hire on our talent.
LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED. Position will go hybrid in November.
