Summary: We are seeking a proficient Desk Side Support Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of desk side support operations for our contract. The ideal candidate will provide supervision to desk side support personnel, ensure adherence to Tier 2 SOPs, and attend meetings as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). This role requires a Public Trust Level 5 clearance, expertise in supervising technicians, knowledge of customer service practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities:
