Valley Health seeks a CT Physician Assistant for our Cardiothoracic Surgery Team to provide services at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Virginia.  You will join a program expanding to four surgeons and four APPs, with an anticipated call rotation of 1:4 surgical and telemetry. 

Professional responsibilities include surgical first-assisting in Thoracic Surgery, perioperative patient care in the critical care, surgical floors, office and call. The Cardiothoracic Surgery PA acts as the liaison between the surgeons, intensivists, nursing staff, and other care providers to ensure continuity and quality of care. Thoracic Surgery involves all aspects of patient care in General Thoracic surgery like lung cancer, esophageal cancer and several benign disease of chest. Robotic surgery first assisting is preferable but not a must.   Your vision in leadership across the Thoracic and Cardiac team will be instrumental
