Valdes Engineering Company Looking for Recruiting Coordinator at Lombard, Illinois Full Time

* Over 80% of time spent doing administrative tasks
* Responsible for assisting with full life cycle recruiting: sourcing, attracting, interviewing, scheduling all staffing logistics
* Set up and schedule interviews using Microsoft Outlook
* Maintain the Valdes candidate database
* Work with management to define strategic hires and culture and skill set fit with Valdes
* Seek out and source passive candidates
* Attend all college recruiting efforts
* Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other College, Alumni and Engineering Association websites
* Handle confidential employee information with appropriate discretion and make job offers to candidates as required

*REQUIREMENTS: *

* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Psychology or related field
* Experience working in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or an Administrative position is a plus.
* Must have experience using LinkedIn.
* Experience in professional services, consulting or engineering is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skill
* Strong Attention to detail
* Ability to create and maintain relationships with leadership and hiring managers across the organization at all levels
* Able to initiate and follow through on assignments
* Microsoft Outlook experience
* Experience with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
* Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
