SCOPE:
Under general direction, the IT Service Specialist provides service and support to ensure efficient, appropriate maintenance and administration of company’s client server system within an assigned practice.
Provides technical assistance and training to system users.
Participates in needs assessments, product evaluations, security administration, implementation planning, conversion planning and verification, testing, troubleshooting and training.
Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
