we do daily. CPM is a department within the College of Continuing Education at the University of Oklahoma. We provide public sector
agencies, staff, service providers, clients and community partners training, research and consultant support for professional and
programmatic development. We deliver cost-effective, customer-oriented solutions that are tailored to meet unique needs and situations.
The Manager oversees operations and directly supervises staff involved in diverse functions of child support policy research, analysis
and development; training and curriculum development; strategic planning and project management; web content management.
Job duties
include but are not limited to:
Supervise up to 11 full-time staff including hiring, coaching, training, resolving personnel
issues, and conducting performance evaluations.
Oversees administration of day-to-day operations for the program and ensures
deliverables are met.
Plan and direct execution of contract deliverables including:
Provide instructional
design and curriculum development support to Child Support Trainers
Provide Instructional design consultation to the Child
Support’s Center for Professional Development
Provide project management support for the Child Support’s Center for
Professional Develop
Provide analysis support for the Child Support Policy Office
Provide Liaison to the
Oklahoma County Juvenile Court
Provide Administrative Support for the Policy Office
Assist in development and
oversight of contract scope and operating budget, and expenditures
Assist with quality control of services, deliverables, and
customer relations
Serve as liaison to university and state agency customers at executive and state office levels
Travel to local, state, or national meetings as required
Maintain effective professional and team relationships that
meet CPM core values.
This position may be eligible for remote or hybrid work.
This position requires a background check
that involves a national search and fingerprint search to be eligible for employment. Results of the completed background check will be
provided to the funding sponsor for their records.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related
experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total of 96 months of related experience
