UNM Residence Life & Student Housing (RLSH) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manager of Custodial Services to work in a dynamic, student oriented, and academically focused residential environment. Residence Life and Student Housing is a comprehensive department which manages all aspects of the housing experience with a capacity of 2500 residents over 9 residential buildings.
Under the Assistant Director, Facilities & Maintenance, the Manager of Custodial Services plays an essential role in the daily operation of the residential facilities. RLSH operates year-round and serves a variety of campus and community populations. To support this service level, the Manager of Custodial Services participates in an on-call rotation and is available to the department to respond for complex situations that require immediate after-hours intervention for the safety or security of the residential facilities.

This full-time position has responsibility for:
High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
