The University of Minnesota is currently seeking to hire a scrum facilitator. The scrum facilitator will work closely with software developers, service owners, and key stakeholders to remove roadblocks, continuously improve processes, and build the health of the team. The scrum facilitator will work within a broader SAFe-scaled agile framework to coach a team of developers who seek continual improvement. The scrum facilitator will serve as a transformational leader to support the Agile transformation of their team, with a focus on bringing continual improvement and observation. We want candidates who bring a passion for education, software development, technology, and team development and who can see past jargon, frameworks, and lingo to support self-organized groups of highly dedicated and skilled technologists.
